Alcatel Packtel 5080 high vacuum pumping system is composed of a turbo drag pump backed with small Alcatel 2002 rotary vane pump. The Alcatel 5080 turbomolecularpump is the primary high vacuum pump with DN-63CF Conflat inlet flange, Alcatel Packtel 5080 system produce outstanding high vacuum flow rates. The Alcatel Packtel 5080 comes standard with a solid-state frequency converter, electronic controls and an automatic valve to vent diaphragm pump to atmosphere. Alcatel Packtel 5080 turbomolecular high vacuum pumping system is fully air cooled with an internal cooling fan, no additional cooling is required.
