Description

Feedthrough Baseplate Coupling Plugs

Feedthrough couplings and coupling plugs suit vacuum walls thicker than 1/4" and thinner than 1-1/4". Feedthrough couplings connect a tube to a chamber at a standard 1" baseplate port; coupling plugs are used to blank-off the feedthrough coupling.

Feedthrough Couplings & Plugs Feature:

  • Available in aluminum, stainless steel, or brass (coupling plugs only)
  • Feedthrough couplings mount in the baseplate port with the o-ring on the inside of the chamber. The tube connects into the feedthrough coupling with a compression o-ring or a female NPT fitting.
  • Coupling plugs come complete with the necessary o-rings to seal and blank-off a feedthrough coupling

NOTE: We recommend using a high quality thread lubricant on all stainless steel threads (sold below).
