The HiCube Pro pumping stations are suitable for all high vacuum applications and are available with dry and oil-sealed backing pumps having pumping speeds of up to 685 l/s. The HiCube Pro is especially characterized by its extremely fast pump-down times. Available for selection as backing pumps are the dry pumps from the XtraDry line with pumping speeds of up to 7.5 m³ / h or rotary vane pumps with pumping speeds of up to 34 m³ / h.
