• Drain all fluids,
• Cover all ports,
• Fill out Service Request Form and attach a copy to your faulty instrument.
• Fill out Declaration of Contamination and attach a copy to your faulty instrument. (Use this form only when returning pumps, power supplies excluded)
• Use adequate packaging material and container to properly protect your instrument during transit.
• (Please note that “popcorn” and similar packing materials are not suitable for heavy items.
• If your pump has been exposed to harsh, toxic chemicals, please contact us for authorization prior shipping your unit to us.
• Heavily contaminated units with prior authorization must be clearly labeled for easy identification.
• Do not include sensitive materials such actual PO, CC information or quotations with your instrument. It must be mailed directly to our accounting department.
