It has been thoroughly examined and is ready for broad range of applications within the research and industrial industries.

This Pfeiffer Pump has a wear free permanent magnetic bearing at the high vacuum side and a oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side. The Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design. They only differ in their intake flange.
