The Pfeiffer Vacuum PKR 261 Compact Cold Cathode Gauge has been designed precisely for the measurement of gases within a pressure range of 5 x 10^(-9) mbar through 1000 mbar. The Pfeiffer Vacuum PKR 261 Cold Cathode Gauge must not be used for measuring flammable or combustible gases in mixtures containing oxidants (e.g. atmospheric oxygen) within the potential range of explosion.

The PKR 261 Cold Cathode Gauge incorporates two separate modes of measurement - Pirani and Cold Cathode. The signals of both systems are combined in such a way that enables the generation of a single, uniform measurement signal as the output.

This version of the PKR 261 Series Cold Cathode Gauge is metal-sealed and consists of a DN 40 (40 mm) ISO-KF model inlet flange.
