Design and function
The TURBO.DRIVE 300 supplies power to the TW series
turbomolecular pumps and is used to control their operation.
The TURBO.DRIVE 300 is either integrated in the pump or
it is separate and linked to the pump by means of a
connecting cable.
The TURBO.DRIVE 300 requires a supply voltage of 24 V
DC. It is equipped with interfaces for programmable controls
(REMOTE) and an optional interface for serial communication.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THIS PRODUCT IF PRODUCT IS OPENED OR USED.
