Fully Re-manufactured Adixen ASM 142 Graph D+ Helium Leak Detector with ACP 15 Dry Pump. 115 VAC 50/60 Hz also known as Alcatel ASM Graph D+ P/N N3R00000B710
The Pfeiffer Adixen ASM142 Graph D+ is a fully automatic, multi-purpose, portable (mobile cart included) or compact table top helium leak detector.
Compact and powerful helium leak detector, the ASM Graph D+ combines 14 m3/h clean, dry, roughing capacity with our high sensitivity analyzer cell in very small foot print clean room compatible package.
Highly manoeuvrable, the system is mounted on a unique cart equipped with four large, full swivel wheels with brakes for easy movement through and around cluttered areas and over grilled floors such as Semiconductor Fabs.
The Adixen Pfeiffer ASM 142 unit consists of the robust Holweck molecular drag high vacuum pump with a large 7 CFM two-stage rotary vane roughing/backing pump. Ideally suited for repetitive or non-repetitive sequential testing for applications requiring high performance operation and reliability. These detectors are the end-result of an innovative engineering approach itilizing the latest electronics technologies and vacuum concepts, which make them a truly universal unit.
Compartments for convenient storage of vacuum hardware and provisions for a helium bottle, are part of this clever package, all in a foot print of just 0.5m x 0.35m (20” x 16”).
