The easiest way to see the current status of your RMA is by logging in and going to our RMA page at https://www.ajvs.com/rma-view. From here, you could see the current stage of your repair. You could then click the "View" button in the details column to see more information and images.

Can I place an order over the phone?
All credit card orders must be placed through our website, but we would be glad to walk you through it over the phone. If you are looking to order using a purchase order, please send a copy to info@ajvs.com.

How can I request a repair estimate?
Requesting a repair estimate online is quick and convenient. You could proceed from our home page by clicking the "Request A Repair Estimate" under the search bar on the top right side of our page, or follow this direct link: https://www.ajvs.com/rma-estimate-request
We will email your service estimate as quickly as possible. Most requests are handled within 24 hours
Can you overnight a shipment?
All items listed as in stock and ready to ship are eligible for overnight shipping. Your order must be placed and paid for by 3PM Monday through Friday.
How do I qualify for tax exemption?
At this time, we only collect sales taxes for orders being delivered within NJ. You must contact us prior to purchase to prevent sales tax from being added to your order automatically.
Please send your sales tax exemption paperwork to info@ajvs.com for processing and we will provide you with confirmation.
To qualify you need to meet the following requirements:
Must be looking to purchase $5,000 or more of equipment.
Positive credit history and a 600+ credit score can qualify.
Must be located within the U.S. and have an IRS Tax ID number.
Last 3 months of bank statements may be required.
Start-up financing is also available.
How do I scrap my equipment or have it returned unrepaired?
Please follow the below steps to initiate the process:
1. Log in on our website with the RMA holding account at https://www.ajvs.com/rma-view.
2. Click the "View" button in the details column for your RMA.
3. Scroll down to the "Documents and Test Reports" section.
4. Click the "Scrap Equipment" or "Return Unrepaired" button beneath the documents table.
We will then reach out to you regarding any associated fees and steps required to close the RMA.
