International Repair Shipments:

When shipping to the United States from another country, please follow the below routing instructions to prevent delays and returns.

The commercial invoice should clearly state that the reason for export is "Repair and return". HTS code 9801.00.1012 is used for equipment manufactured in the United States. HTS code 9813.00.0540 is used for equipment manufactured outside of the United States.

Email a copy of the commercial invoice to info@ajvs.com and obtain approval prior shipping goods to us. All packages with missing documents or incorrect information may be rejected and returned at customer's expense.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated by the FedEx module on the order checkout screen. Pricing is dependent on your destination, product weight / dimensions, and shipping speed.

Estimated Delivery Times:

All transit times provided by us are estimates determined by the carrier. Delivery is not guaranteed on a specific date and time. We do everything in our power to ship any stock orders within 24 hours of the order being placed and paid for. Once a package leaves our facility, the tracking number we provide will show you the latest delivery updates.

Please keep in mind that when the checkout screen shows that an item is out of stock and needs to be special ordered, transit time cannot begin until we physically receive the item(s).

Orders may be delayed due to verification or the time of the order being placed (outside of business hours). We will contact you as quickly as possible if there are any issues with your order.

Order Cutoffs and Processing Time:

• Most in stock orders placed online Monday through Friday before 3pm will process and ship within 24 hours.
• Overnight orders for stocked items placed before 3pm will ship the same day.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to any location serviced by FedEx, both within the United States and internationally.

Shipping rates vary based on destination, package size, weight, and the selected shipping option.

Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain destinations due to warranty limitations, manufacturer requirements, or regulatory controls. If an item cannot be shipped to your selected address, you’ll be notified when the order is placed.

We comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. As a result, we do not ship to destinations, organizations, or individuals that are prohibited or sanctioned under U.S. law. This includes locations under embargo, as well as parties listed on U.S. government restricted or denied-party lists.

Shipping carriers may apply additional fees for oversized shipments or destinations they classify as Difficult Access or Remote Area locations. These surcharges are determined solely by the carrier and will be passed through to the customer if applicable.
