Becker VT 4.16 Overview:
The Becker VT 4.16 dry vacuum rotary vane pumps. The peak pumping speed up to 11 CFM at 60 Hz. VT 4.16 (G008162) has the nominal rotation speed 1600 rpm at 60 Hz. The weight of VT 4.16 is 49.6 lbs. Noise level VT 4.16 is 61 dB at 60 Hz. Series VT 4.16 it has two version. Single phase with main requirement voltage 220-240V at 50/60 Hz. Three phase with main requirement voltage 175-260/300-450 at 50 Hz and 202-300/350-520 at 60 Hz
The Becker VT 4.10 - 4.40 series pumps are 100% oil free rotary vane vacuum pumps. They are designed to operate on a continuous basis at any point from atmospheric pressure to a vacuum level of 25" HgV.
The VT series pumps are direct drive units and are supplied with an IP-54 TEFC electric motor. Each pump is equipped with an integral vacuum relief valve, a 10µ inlet filter, and vibration isolators as standard equipment.
Becker VT series pumps have a reputation for being exceptionally quiet. These pumps are newly redesigned to make them even quieter, and cooler running than previous units.
These 100% oil-free, dry pumps are ideal for applications where oil or water is objectionable. All Becker VT pumps use long life, self lubricating graphite composite vanes.
Applications include the graphic arts, packaging, vacuum chucking, robotics and material handling, medical/surgical, and air sampling among others.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
