Vacuubrand Vacuu-Pure 10 C Overview:
The Vacuubrand Vacuupure 10C pump reliably offers the advantages of an oil-free pump that operates in a pressure range down to 10-3 mbar. The innovative Vacuupure line combines three key benefits for the user: 100% oil-free operation, no abrasion, and no wear parts. This design principle allows you to achieve pure vacuum and maximum reliability with minimal operational costs.
Vacuu-Pure 10C Screw Pumps are designed to cover many different applications. The VacuuPure10 C is especially designed for processes in the 10-3mbar range, but unlike other competitors it could be used effectively across its entire pressure range from atmosphere down to its ultimate vacuum. With a maximum pumping speed of 9 m3/h, the Vacuupure10 is capable of quickly reaching the desired level of vacuum. Vacuu-Pure screw pumps also offer excellent vapor and condensate compatibility. This means that Vacuu-Pure pumps are not only great in the laboratory, but also an ideal solution for other demanding processes.
The VacuuPure10C spindles and stators are protected by thick-walled PEEK encapsulation to prevent corrosion by most chemicals.

Vacuu-Pure pumps are able to be operated continuously at higher pressures so that during drying processes, both the primary drying and subsequent residual drying stages could be performed with a single pump. Vacuu-Pure screw pumps easily handle high vapor loads through its extraordinarily high condensate capability. As such, a gas ballast is not needed. This avoids associated disadvantages such as reduction in pumping speed and noisy operation. The integrated regeneration mode enables rapid drying of the pump after the end of a process and thus sample throughput could be significantly increased compared to other competitors.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
