CMP 500 turbo pump oil is chemically identical to Leybold HE 500® turbo pump oil and Pfeiffer TL-011® turbo pump oil.

CMP500 Turbo Pump oil can be used to lubricate pump makes and models listed below.

Pfeiffer:

TPH/U 050, 060, 062, 064, 065, 071, 110, 170, 190, 240, TMH/U 260 TPH 270, 330, 510 previously lubricated with TL 011 oil.

Leybold:

TMP 150, TMP 360, TMP 40

Edwards EXT 70, 250, 255, 551

  • Vacuum Pressure @ 130 Degrees Celsius: 0.1 mm

  • Viscosity @ 130 Degrees Celsius: 8.7 cst.

  • Pour Point: < -80 Degrees Fahrenheit

Our advandced machinery enables us to handle all facets of the service and repair process. AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
