D-Lab 34-100 / A48021941 Overview:
Edwards D-Lab diaphragm pumps with their chemically resistant heads and valves offer the chemical or pharmaceutical laboratory user a wide range of choice.
The one head, 100 mbar ultimate vacuum pumps are suitable for use with drying equipment of for replacing water jet pumps. Two head pumps, 8 mbar ultimate vacuum are suitable for rotary evaporation, gas transfer and a wide range of applications.
The vacuum pumps are gas tight, oil free, maintenance free and very quiet.
Fast pump down and high ultimate vacuum. Chemical resistant parts of the pump head make this pump great for aggressive substances such as PTFE, FFKM, PVDF.
The entire Edwards D-Lab is mounted on a sturdy baseplate which makes it safe and easy to transport. Individual components are easily removed because they all have plug in connectors. Compact design with space saving dimensions.
Additional laboratory equipment can be mounted on the groove holding the separator or on the support rods and horizontal bars.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
