You can check the status of your repair by logging into your AJVS.com account:
1. Log into your account at AJVS.com by following this link.
2. Navigate to the Service RMA section.
3. Click the 'View My Service RMA' link.
4. You can view the stage of your repair on the following page.
5. To view further information, click the 'Details' button to the right.
The status of your order can be checked by contacting customer service at 1-973-249-0854.
We encourage all orders to be placed online. Orders placed online are processed faster and expedite the shipping process. If your circumstances only allow you to place an order over the phone, there must be a $100 minimum. Please call 1-973-249-0854 and a customer representative will assist you.
To get started, you have to be registered at AJVS.com:

2. Navigate to the Service RMA section.
3. Click the 'Request Repair Estimate' link.
4. Fill out all the fields and click the 'Request Repair Estimate' button.
You will receive an E-mail notification with your estimate within 24 hours.
All items listed as in stock and ready to ship are eligible for overnight shipping. Your order must be placed by 3PM Monday through Friday.
You must contact A & J Vacuum Services prior to purchase. You are required to fill out a tax exemption form and send to AJVS. Only NJ,USA residents qualify.
After contacting A & J Vacuum services, please follow these steps:
1. Download the "Sales Tax Exemption Form" by following this link.
2. Complete the form by filling out all relevant fields.
