To assure proper package routing, avoid delays and returns, please make sure that commercial invoice clearly states that reason for export is "repair and return" and HTS 9801.00.1012 code is used. Email copy of commercial invoice to email@example.com and obtain approval prior shipping goods to us. All packages with missing documents or wrong code may be rejected and returned at customer's expense.
A & J Vacuum Services offers a variety of different shipping options to meet the needs of your organization. FedEx is our preferred carrier and expedited air freight options are also available for rush deliveries.
Shipping rates depend on your location, shipping speed, product weight and cost of insurance. Shipping Methods:

Estimated Delivery Arrival Times:
Delivery times are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order.
Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed.
Items that are not regularly stocked on AJVS.com cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.
Order Cutoffs and Processing Time:
Most orders placed online before 3PM Monday through Friday will process and ship within 24 hours.
Overnight orders for stocked items placed before 3pm will ship the same day.
Applies to orders both domestic and international.
General Shipping Carrier Rules and Guidelines:
Special order items will take an additional 1-3 weeks to ship. Not all products are available immediately. Please factor this time into your shipping method. Product pages on AJVS.com will indicate if additional shipping time should be expected.
If an item is labeled as temporary out of stock, we can get that item or suggest an equal or better alternative. However there are no guarantees. Please call for availability at 1-973-249-0894.
Signatures are required for all FedEx shipments upon delivery.
If you have a FedEx account, you can enter your account number on the AJVS.com checkout page. Account numbers will be verified with FedEx and you will not be charged a shipping fee by AJVS.com

The cost to ship items from each product category to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico varies by item, shipment and shipping option.
The cost to ship items from each product category to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands varies by item, shipment and shipping option.
We ship worldwide to all seven continents. FedEx designates each part of the world in these following groups; North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Middle East, Asia and Indian Subcontinent, Oceania and Pacific.
When shipping to the Americas, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Asia, or Japan, your shipping rate will depend on your shipping speed and the item you're sending. Shipping Restrictions:
Some products can't be shipped to all geographical locations due to warranty issues, manufacturer requirements and other restrictions. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
We don't allow the sale of embargoed items from the following countries, and we don't allow organizations, businesses, or individuals to have or register accounts while based in these countries:
Burma (Myanmar))-Only jadeite and rubies are prohibited
We don't allow organizations, businesses, or individuals on the Specially Designated Nationals list (SDN) to have or register accounts.
We don't permit the sale of items that claim to be pre-embargo because we cannot determine when an item was removed from a specific country
A & J Vacuum Services uses several methods and carriers to ship your packages. Once your order has entered the shipping process, you can track your order through your account control panel
1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page and login
3. Select "Open and recently shipped orders" in the drop-down menu.
4. Click on "Track Packages" link.
5. On the Track Packages page, select the red "Track your Package" button to view current tracking information for your order*.
After you place an order on AJVS.com a confirmation E-mail will be sent to your E-mail address on file along with a tracking number.

All orders are subject to verification. Your account must be in good standing. We are not responsible for delays caused by typographical errors or accounts being suspended by the forwarder. Over sized items are subject to additional handling charge. We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside US, based on manufacturer's or US Government's restrictions.
