Pfeiffer Adixen 1015 SD Overview:
The Pfeiffer Adixen Pascal 1015 SD Rotary Vane Pump incorporates a direct drive motor, creating a highly effective, compact machine. An electrically-insulated fold-away handle is attached for facility when carrying. The anti-suck-back system ensures enhanced tightness of the pump during accidental or voluntary shutdowns. Additionally, the universal 3-phase motor can be disassembled independently of the remainder of the pump, without the need to drain the oil case. With regard to the case, a vertical sight glass can be used to inspect the oil level easily while filling the tank, as well as during the operation of the pump. A gas ballast enables the pumping of condensable vapors.
SD versions are delivered with Mineral oil, but a selection of high quality oils and fluids is available in the Pascal Series brochure, suitable for a wide range of applications.
The inlet and exhaust end fittings are ISO-KF standard. They are fitted vertically on the pump at delivery but can be positioned on the horizontal openings if required by operating conditions.
Pfeiffer Adixen 1015 SD Features:
- Very low ultimate pressure compared to other single-stage rotary vane pumps
- No oil mist on the exhaust: thanks to natural lubrication, also with high throughput or continuous operation
- Single-phase universal motor available, allowing an almost worldwide network coverage
- Adjustable inlet and outlet ports in horizontal or vertical orientation for better integration

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
