Pfeiffer Adixen Electrical Motor is certified with major international standards (UL, CSA, CE) and offers two voltage ranges:
- Low voltage: 200-230 V at 50 Hz and 200-280 V at 60Hz
- High voltage: 380-415 V at 50 Hz and 480 V at 60 Hz
The three phase motor must be protected by a customer supplied starter consisting of a suitably rated contactor (see manual page 28). Furthermore, it is equipped with a dry contact (NC) thermal protection which is available in the terminal box.
Adixen 3 Phase motors are equipped with 9 wire terminal box motors, the wiring diagram of the terminals is given as a rough guide only. In the event of doubt, only the plate in the terminal box should be used as a reference.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
