Powerful and versatile With a pumping speed of 80–800 l/s, our HiCube Neo turbo pumping unit offers the performance you need for your high vacuum applications. When using a HiPace H, an ultra-high vacuum of <10-10 hPa can be achieved. The availability of different backing pumps, such as diaphragm, rotary vane, scroll and multi-stage Roots pumps, makes it extremely versatile. With desktop and standalone versions and configurability for any application, we offer maximum flexibility
The dashboard appears automatically when you switch on the HiCube Neo pumping station. Hicube Neo dashboard provides information about the operating status of the connected pump, the system status, the pressure (if the gauge is connected), the status of the components in operation/during shutdown, the parameter list, and the actual rotation speed.
Intuitive control and analysis The HiCube Neo is ready for immediate use thanks to its plugand-play operation. It is controlled intuitively via the 7“ color touch screen control panel. Convenient monitoring and remote control via the web server are also possible, while the recording of measurement data via OPC UA, enables detailed analysis for optimum process control. Combine the HiCube Neo with our comprehensive portfolio of measuring devices and other accessories to create customized solutions for any high vacuum application.
The Pfeiffer Vacuum HiCube 80 Neo Mobile Turbo Pumping Station is the trully portable and bench top pumping unit for many of the High Vacuum Applications. DN-63 ISO-K Inlet Flange makes this system trully High Vacuum Pumping System.
The Hicube 80 Neo Station has a modern design with the latest turbo pump and electronics technology. Fully integrated Pfeiffer Hiscroll 6 Dry Diaphragm Pump provides positive displacement with a periodic change of size of the suction chamber produced by the movement of the diaphragm. The gas flow causes the valves to open and close automatically. The pump units are directly connected to the drive motor.
What’s so special about the HiCube NEO Mobile Turbo Systems: The combination of a turbopump from the HiPace Neo series Turbo Pump and a backing pump designed for the user’s specific application needs. HiCube Neo Mobile offers several different configuarations listed below available uppon request.
The HiCube Neo turbo pumping station is distinguished by its modular construction. Thanks to the many possibilities of combining different turbopumps and backing pumps, the HiCube Neo can be configured to meet the requirements of all applications in high and ultra-high vacuums. In addition, all HiCube Neo Turbo Stations feature connectivity for digital pressure gauges.
All HiCube Neo turbo pumping stations are fitted with particularly energy-efficient backing pumps that have a DC drive. The turbopump and the backing pump form a single unit in the pumping station. If there is no gas load in the vacuum, the pumping station automatically reduces the backing pump output. This results in maximum energy savings.
