OME 16 S Maintenance Kit / PKE07025-T Overview:
Maintenance kit is intended for the OME 16 S. The maintenance kit includes parts 3.1, 3.2, 4, and 6.1 (as shown in the diagram included).
The oil mist eliminator is mounted on the exhaust port of rotary vane pumps. It filters oil mist particles from conveyed gas flow and reduces the escape of the operating fluid mist.
The filter element made of glass polyester fleece is integrated in a cylindrical sheet metal casing. The collected operating fluid can be observed through an opening at the top of the filter cover and discharged with a drain screw.
To return the filtered operating fluid from the OME into the pump without interrupting the pump operation, an operating fluid return (optional) can be used.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
