LVO521 is a high-purity silicone oil formulation designed to deliver optimal pump performance in high and ultra-high vacuum applications. It features exceptional thermal stability and outstanding resistance to oxidation and decomposition.

This premium oil serves as an ideal replacement for the discontinued, yet widely used, Dow Corning DC 704 and DC 705 oils, and for LVO 510, 520, and 530.

The LVO410 oil is being used with Leybold DIJ, DIP, LEYBOJET 630 systems.
