AJVS JST Series Overview:
JST 3" Series Vapor Condensing Filter Systems are designed to protect equipment from harmful vapors and liquids that can break down pump oils and destroy a pumps inner workings.
JST-C2081-300C Condensing Filter Vapor process removal is accomplished through transitioning a substance from a gaseous state to a liquid or solid state and collecting any condensed material that accumulates.
- Process flow containing vaporized contaminate enters chilled vessel
- Flow is directed through an efficient heat exchanger pack and coolant jacket combination or a cooling coil system which reduces temperatures below a contaminant's boiling point and facilitates condensing of vapor.
- Final stage of the dual-type carbon filter element or demister captures residual uncondensed vapors and particulate

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
