Pfeiffer / Adixen 2063 SD Overview:
The Pfeiffer Adixen 2063 SD Pascal Vacuum Pump has a direct drive motor, making it very compact. An electrically insulated fold-away handle is used for easy carrying. The anit-suckback system ensures the tightness of the pump during accidental or voluntary shutdowns.
The Adixen 2063 pump comes with universal single-phase motor can be disassembled independently of the rest of the pump, without the need to drain the oil case. On the oil case, a vertical sight glass can be used to inspect the oil level easily when filling the tank and during the operation of the pump.
Pfeiffer Adixen 2063 SD / 263SDT2LWMNX pump is equipped with gas ballast that enables the pumping of condensable vapors.
The 2063SD pump inlet and exhaust end fittings are standardized. They are fitted vertically on the pump but can be positioned on the horizontal openings if required by operating conditions. The main replacement parts are interchangeable. This enables easier disassembly and assembly operations and replacement without changing the pumps performance. Various accessories can be used to adapt the pump to meet the requirements of your application.

We operate at our own full service repair facility which allows us to quickly and economically perform all repairs in a timely manner. Our advandced machinery enables us to handle all facets of the service and repair process. AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
