The oil-free DVSL Series Vacuum Pumps provide increased pumping efficiency for high vapor and particle pumping load applications.
The Anest Iwata DVS Modules are desgined to be used with the DVSL Dry Scroll Vacuum Pumps. All the DVS Series Modules come WITHOUT MOTOR.
The single lap scroll design of the DVSL 500C Dry Scroll Pump is simple, lower cost and has been proven with over 3 years of industrial experience. This design removes all seals, shafts and bearings from the gas path for guaranteed hydrocarbon free performance.
Pumping humid gases can cause condensed moisture to remain in the pump. In order to extend the life of the pump, we utilized the Air Flush System to remove any moisture. The DVSL Vacuum Pump is equipped with Air Flush Port, which pumps out the remaining moisture left over from pumping humid gases and maintains the ultimate pressure.
The difference between the 500C and the 501C is the type of backing for the P-Seal. The 501C uses a Fluorine rubber V-ring, making it ideal for solvent-type applications, while the 500C uses a silicone tube which is ideal for clean dry applications.
