CF 35 (275) Blank Off Flange / CF35B Overview:
The Blank Off Flanges - Nonrotatable are available in the following sizes: CF 16, CF 35, CF 63, CF 100, CF 150, CF 200, CF 250, CF 300, CF 350. They are made out of Stainless Steel.
The high sealing and the low leak rate performance of the CF Flange connection is due to the gasket material.
When the CF Flange is correctly assembled, the knife edge is compressed onto the flat copper gasket forcing the seal material outwards to the flange. The gasket is entirely enclosed and will not edge out even under the highest bakeout temperatures.
The CF Flange is offered in both rotable and nonrotatable versions, with through holes, or tapped bolt holes.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
