The Centering Rings are available in the following sizes: NW 10, NW 16, NW 25, NW 40, NW 50.
The Centering Rings are available in Aluminum / Viton®, Aluminum / NBR, Stainless Steel / Viton® or Stainless Steel / NBR.
The centering ring contains a rubber elastomer Buna-N o-ring. Those are also recognized as NW10, NW16, NW25, NW40, or KF-10 KF-16, KF-25, KF-40 and KF-50
Standard sizes for quick flange fittings are KF-10, KF-16, KF-25 and KF-50 with Flange sizes NW-10, NW16, NW-25, NW-40
KF (also referred to as NW) assemblies consist of two Flanges, a Center NBR O-Ring and an aluminum Clamp. Clamps are assembled with wing nuts to insure ease of use over time without tools. A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the O-Ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate the vacuum seal.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
