The Edwards Speedivalve SP 25K is a diaphragm sealed in-line, isolation valve. The construction consists of a flexible elastomeric diaphragm which is sealed onto a polished seat by a screw mechanism. The Speedivalve's mechanism is isolated from the system by the diaphragm resulting in an extremely high-durability and ‘dirty’ system tolerant valve.
The SP10K, SP16k, SP25k, and SP40k valves are available with either fluoroelastomer or nitrile rubber diaphragms.
The valve body is made from aluminum and the complete valve is leak tight to better than 1 x 10^-6 mbar.ls^-1 and 1 bar differential.
These valves have NW flanges and are suitable for pipeline or panel mounting.
These valves are built to withstand an ambient operating temperature range of 0-40 Degrees celsius.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
