Leybold EcoDry 40 Overview:
Leybold ECODRY 40 Plus delivers robust and reliable performance. ECODRY 40 was designt to serve and operate quietly. Pump comes equipped with accustic enclosures for noice reduction additional sound reduction enclosures are no longer needed. Pump opeates within < 52 dB(A)
ECODRY40 has a light weight and compact mobile design for easy relocations.
Leybold ECODRY 40 is also equipped with Internal Air cooling which eliminates requirement for water cooling.
Designed to be used in every lab with analytical instruments like mass spectromenters, the ECODRY pump is indispensible component that is expected to provide reliable vacuum with great performance. This pump was designed to operate with minimal vibrations for sharp microscopy, every Electron Microscope requires vibration free yet dependable vacuum pump for backing turbo molecular pumps to achive best and highest images, pump noise and vibrations can not be transered to the Electron Microscopes.
Flexible control modes give the option to manualy operate your pump with integrate switch, via remote digital I/O interface from the instrument, or Computer controller via RS485.
Leybold ECODRY is equipped with integrated frequency converter which ensures reliable pumping performance over abroad frequency and voltage range.
All connectors are located on one side of the pump to make installation and operation evey easier.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
