The Leybold Turbolab 80 Turbo Pumping Station is a fully portable, bench top turbo pump pumping system based on well known Leybold Vacuum components. for many of the High Vacuum Applications. Leybold TurboLab Station comes completely preassembled with Turbovac SL80 Turbo Pump.

Leybold Turbolab is equipped with Leybold Divac 0.8T diaphragm pump.

The Leybold Turbovac Station has a state of the art design with the latest Turbovac SL 80 Turbo pump and dry backing pumps technology.

TurboLab Pumping System is equipped with Monitoring and Data Analysis feature. All critical system parameters and settings are logged to an internal memory automatically based on default time interval which you the user can change very easily.

Opening the trend view on your laptop or mobile device will display the events overtop of your trended parameter. This allows you to quickly compare the data surrounding your system events, which helps to diognosis conditions that effects your system.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
