New Pfeiffer Adixen 2021 SD / 221SDMLAM Pascal Rotary Vane Pump - Product Overview:
The Pfeiffer Adixen Pascal 2021 SD Rotary Vane Pump incorporates a direct drive motor, creating a highly effective, compact machine. An electrically-insulated fold-away handle is attached for facility while carrying. The anti-suck-back system ensures enhanced tightness of the pump during accidental or voluntary shutdowns. Additionally, the universal single-phase motor can be disassembled independently of the remainder of the pump, without the need to drain the oil case. With regard to the case, a vertical sight glass can be used to inspect the oil level easily while filling the tank, as well as during the operation of the pump. A gas ballast enables the pumping of condensable vapors.
The inlet and exhaust fittings on the Pfeiffer Adixen Pascal 2021 SD are standardized - both the inlet and outlet flanges utilize the DN 25 model. They are fitted vertically on the pump; however, they can be re-positioned onto the horizontal openings if required to do so by operating conditions. Rotary vane pumps such as Pascal 2021 SD include an eccentrically-supported rotor with two rotating vanes, encased and revolving within a housing. The Pfeiffer Rotary Vane Pumps offered to our clients are oil-lubricated (wet-version pumps); these operating fluids help to enhance the insulation of pump components and ensure maximum durability and efficiency of the product.

AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
