Pfeiffer Adixen DE2 Oil Filtration System 68991 Overview:


The Pfeiffer Adixen DE 2 Oil Filtration System is design to filter Vacuum Pump oil. Pfeiffer Adixen Pascal series pump, Pfeiffer Vacuum DuoLine™, UnoLine Plus

DE1 and DE2 external oil filters are one solution for extending the life of both the pump and the oil.
They are used in some vacuum technology applications, using corrosive gases, or hazardous, or expensive
fluids.

Adixen DE external oil filter is a stand-alone unit consisting of a magnetically driven gear pump which makes circulate oil
through filtration cartridges. According to filtration media and number of cartridge, DE filter retains solid particles
(mechanical filtration) and/or neutralize corrosive products contained in the oil (chemical filtration) of the pump.

 

  • DE 2 / 104375 Filter includes 1 cartridge. Factory supply is an activated alumina cartridge
  • Furthermore, cartridges with cellulose and activated charcoal are available

Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
