CombiLine WD 1800 / PP S22 113 Overview:

Roots pumping stations serve as the workhorses among backing pumps, delivering high pumping speeds—particularly in the transitional range between rough and fine vacuum, spanning from atmospheric pressure down to approximately 10⁻³ hPa. The CombiLine series features a variety of pumping technologies, all incorporating at least one Roots pump. When needed, these systems can be equipped with a magnetic coupling, making them hermetically sealed. They are low-maintenance and suitable for applications involving explosive gases or operation in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX compliant).

CombiLine pumping stations are two-stage systems, consisting of a Roots pump combined with either a single-stage or two-stage rotary vane pump, or a dry pump as the backing pump. These stations are designed to evacuate vacuum chambers down to pressures within the medium vacuum range.
