Pfeiffer CombiLine WD 1800 with Duo 255 Two-Stage Rotary Vane Pump and Okta 2000 Roots Pump, PP S22 113 / PPS22113

Pfeiffer CombiLine WD 1800 Features:

  • Pumping speed up to 1,271.38 cfm
  • Input voltages: 400 | 460 VAC
  • Ultimate pressure: < 3 · 10-4 mbar
  • Okta 2000 roots pump, standard version, P3 operating fluid
  • Duo 255 rotary vane pump, standard version, including OME MR oil mist fister (with oil return), P3 operating fluid
  • Components built on common base frame and connected by pipes internally

CombiLine WD 1800 / PP S22 113 Overview:

Roots pumping stations serve as the workhorses among backing pumps, delivering high pumping speeds—particularly in the transitional range between rough and fine vacuum, spanning from atmospheric pressure down to approximately 10⁻³ hPa. The CombiLine series features a variety of pumping technologies, all incorporating at least one Roots pump. When needed, these systems can be equipped with a magnetic coupling, making them hermetically sealed. They are low-maintenance and suitable for applications involving explosive gases or operation in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX compliant).

CombiLine pumping stations are two-stage systems, consisting of a Roots pump combined with either a single-stage or two-stage rotary vane pump, or a dry pump as the backing pump. These stations are designed to evacuate vacuum chambers down to pressures within the medium vacuum range.

CombiLine WD1800 Scope of Delivery:

  • Pumping station components mounted on frame ready for connection
  • Roots pump with motor in standard version or with magnetic coupling
  • Backing pump with motor
  • Operating fluid and lubricant P3 / D1
  • Optional accessories
  • Operating manuals for station and individual components
  • Wiring diagram for pumping stations with control cabinet

CombiLine WD1800 Applications:

  • Evacuation of space simulation
