DCU 100 Turbo Pump Controller / PM C01 694 Overview:
The Display Control Unit DCU is an operating unit for Pfeiffer drive units. It enables control over all the main parameters of the unit. Additionally, the connection of a vacuum gauge is possible.
The DCU is fitted in a housing suitable for mounting in a 19"/3HE rack.
The DCU provides the following connection options:
- Electronic drive unit for turbopump (X2)
- Pressure gauge (X3)
- Serial interface RS 485
The display and operating unit DCU may only be used to control Pfeiffer Electronic Drive Units and their peripheral units.
The units DCU 100 - DCU 600 have been designated protection class 1 and must always be connected with the earthed conductor (PE) via the mains cable.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
