TC 110 / PM C01 790AE Overview:
The Pfeiffer Vacuum TC110 Turbo Pump Controller is an integrated component of the turbo pump. It's purpose is to drive, monitor and control the entire pump.
General Connection Description:
- M12 casing socket with screw coupling and LED for Pfeiffer Vacuum Service purposes
- D-sub 15 pole female socket for the connection of a remote control
- Casing socket on the rear side of the electronic drive unit for the connection to the turbo pump
The digital inputs at connection "X3" are used to connect various functions of the electronic drive unit. Functions are assigned to the inputs DI1 - DI2 ex factory. These can be configured via interface RS485 and the Pfeiffer Vacuum parameter set.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
