Ulvac VD60C Vacuum Pump / 1058521 Overview:
The VD60C is a compact, low-noise, two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump designed for high-speed operation. This oil-sealed pump offer a low ultimate pressure, and its optimized construction ensures quiet performance. With a wide selection of available accessories, it is suitable for a broad range of applications.
For the storage, install and operation, ambient temperature and humidity for storage is -10°C to 50°C, less than 95%RH. Ambient temperature and humidity for operation is 4°C to 40°C, less than 80%RH. However, use pump oil ULVOIL R-42 for operation at 4-10°C, and pump oil "ULVOIL R-72" for operation at 10-40°C.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
