Ulvac VD 901 Overview:
The pumping speed of Ulvac VD 901 up to 1800 L/min at 60 Hz. VD 901(1050661) has the ultimate pressure at 0.67 Pa. The weight of VD 901 is 105 kg. Inlet port is KF-25. Ulvac VD 901 oil capacity is 2.5 to 4.0 L
Developed to meet the demand for quieter pumps the VD series are oil rotary vacuum pumps with low-noise, direct-coupled motors. Designed for easy maintenance, the VD series makes daily maintenance and inspection extremely simple. Suitable for use in a wide range of applications on sites as diverse as research labs and production facilities.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
