Vacuubrand PC520NT Corrosion Resistant Diaphragm pumping System has a wide range of chemical vacuum applications such as evacuation, evaporation and pumping of chemical, biological gases and pharmaceutical laboratories.
PC 520 NT design allows simultaneous operation of two independent vacuum applications, with well proven check valves to prevent interference between systems. PC 511NT comes with two CVC 3000 electronic vacuum controllers and two solenoid vacuum valves.
Popular Vacuubrand MZ 2C NT corrosive diaphragm pump is installed inside this pumping systrem, along with popular CVC 3000 vacuum controllers with a solenoid valves for electronic vacuum control.
Most common applications include rotary evaporators and vacuum dying ovens. The manual flow control valve alows end user to accurate and efectively regulate pumping speed at the vacuum connection.
PC 520 NT is equiped with analog vacuum display. PC 520NT is also equipped with the waste vapor condenser at the outlet (EK) Vacuubrand vapor condenser is very compact and highly efficient.
The PC 520NT condenser enables almost 100 percent solvent recovery. Recycling and efficient vapor recovery will help to protect our enviroment.

Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
