Anest Iwata ISP 250E Overview:
The Anest Iwata ISP-250 E Dry Scroll Pumps allow elimination of the nuisance of cumbersome lubricant maintenance or sealing water administration and produce a clean environment.
The ISP series vacuum pumps offer low power consumption from atmosphere to maximum pressure
The ISP-250 E Scroll Vacuum Pump should be used at ambient operation temperature in the range of 5ºC to 40ºC.
The ISP 250E pump is sutable for clean processes only.
The ISP-250 E Dry Pump is free from installation restrictions because of its air-cooled system. Water cooling is not required.
Do not use explosive, flammable, toxic or corrosive substances or substances which contains chemicals, solvents or particals.
The ISP-250 E Scroll Vacuum Pump is supplied with Air Flush Port, which pumps out the remaining moisture left over from pumping humid gases and maintains the ultimate pressure.
The Anest Iwata ISP Pumping System is suitable for clean purposes only. Do not use explosive, flammable, toxic or corrosive substances or substances which contain chemicals, solvents or particles.
Difference between ISP 250C and ISP 250E
- The ISP 250E have an additional pin crank, 3 total, provides less vibration and more reliability.
- The ISP 250E have hardened stainless steel crank shaft provides longer life.
- The ISP 250E have new seal design provides better leak tight tolerance.

We operate at our own full service repair facility which allows us to quickly and economically perform all repairs in a timely manner. Our advandced machinery enables us to handle all facets of the service and repair process. AJVS utilizes industry standard vibration analysis equipment and advanced testing equipment to troubleshoot and minimize all equipment failures. Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.
AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
