NW10 to NW16 O-ring Adapter Overview:

These adapting rings are used to addopt NW10 to NW16 flanges Edwards C10512345

The Centering Rings are available in Aluminum / Viton®, Aluminum / NBR, Stainless Steel / Viton® or Stainless Steel / NBR.

The centering ring contains a rubber elastomer fluorocarbon o-ring. Those are also recognized as NW10, NW16, NW25, NW40, or KF-10 KF-16, KF-25, KF-40 and KF-50

KF (also referred to as NW) assemblies consist of two Flanges, a Center Viton® O-Ring and an aluminum Clamp. Clamps are assembled with wing nuts to insure ease of use over time without tools.

Corrosive resistant stainless steel (316) with Viton® O-ring provides great resistance to heat and agressive chemicals.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
  1. Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
  2. Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
  3. Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
  4. Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
  5. Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
