Fully Refurbished Pfeiffer Vacuum TPH 510C Plasma Corrosive Turbo Pump with an ISO 160 Inlet Flange and KF 40 Outlet Flange.
This pump has a free of wear permanent magnetic bearing at the high vacuum side and an oil lubricated ceramic bearing at the backing side. The Turbo Pumps TMH and TMU models are identical in terms of design, they only differ in their intake flange. This pump has been thoroughly tested and is ready for a wide range of applications in the research industry.
