TC110 PB / PMC01830AT Overview:
The Pfeiffer TC-110 PB Profibus HiPace80 / PM P04260 / PMP04261 Pump Controller is an integrated component of the turbo pump. It's purpose is to drive, monitor and control the entire pump.
To correctly identify the product when communicating with Pfeiffer Vacuum, always have the information from the rating plate available.
All functions-revelant variables of a turbopump are anchored in the electronic drive unit as parameters. Each parameter has a three-digit number and a designation. Parameters can be used via Pfeiffer Vacuum display and control units or via RS-485 with the Pfeiffer Vacuum protocol.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
