TCS 010 Connection Box / PM051460AU Overview:
Pfeiffer TCS 010 is a connection box. It serves, in conjunction with the Electronic Drive Unit TC 100, to control the air cooling system and the venting valve. Alternatively it is also possible to connect a heating unit or a backing pump relay box. The Operating and display unit DCU or a PC can be connected via Serial Interface TS 485.
The TCS 010 may only be used in conjuction with the TC 100 and original accessory parts. The TCS 010 connection box serves, in conjuction with the Electronic Drive Unit TC 100, to control and monitor Pfeiffer Pumping Stations and Turbopumps.
The Electronic Drive Unit TC 100 is required for the control of the turbopump, the venting valve, the air cooling unit, the TMP heating unit and the backing pump relay box.

AJVS repair process:
Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
