Duo 6 M - Pfeiffer Rotary Vane Pumps

The Pfeiffer DUO 6 M Vacuum Pump is a direct replacement and update over the now-obsolete Pfeiffer DUO 2.5 Vacuum Pump. The DUO 6M series of Pfeiffer Rotary Vane vacuum pumps incorporates oil-stage lubrication and a two-stage operating mechanism.

Our Pfeiffer DUO 6M vacuum pumps are likewise equipped with a high vacuum safety valve. This valve mechanism tightly seals the vacuum chamber while the pump is operating at standstill mode, while simultaneously allowing for ventillation of the pump.
