ASI 35 Modular Leak Detector's Splitflow 50 Turbo Pump / PMP05187 Overview:

This Pfeiffer Splitflow 50 has been designed especially for Pfeiffer Adixen's ASI35 series modular leak detectors.

This Splitflow 50 is brand new, and ready to be installed inside Pfeiffer Adixen's ASI35 leak detector. It also comes with the TC 110 Turbo Pump controller.

The Splitflow 50 operates on 24VDC and is designed to be used with ASI35's Internal Power supply.

• Pumping Speed: 50 l/s for N2
• Special Turbo Pump with interstage pumping port
• Special ASI 35 Flange mount configuration
• Ultimate pressure with Rotary Vane Pump: < 1 x 10-10 mbar

Pfeiffer ADIXEN Splitflow 50 fits the following ASI 35 Leak Detectors;

• ASI 35 (without integrated backing pump)
