Vacuubrand MV 10C NT VARIO® Corrosive Diaphragm Dry Vacuum Pump provide precise vacuum control by of the diaphragm pump's motor speed.

The Vacuubrand MV10C NT VARIO® is a two stage chemistry corrosion resistant diaphragm pump the meets medium vacuum requirements for most chemical solvents.

The on demend motor speed control results in unpatalleled lnght of service intervals for all wearing internal parts. The controller provides fully automatic evaporations without any need of parameter input. The pump design offers exceptionally high chemical resistance supporting almost universal usage in chemistry and pharmaceutics.

The Vacuubrand PC3010 NT VARIO pumping unit relies on a well-proven operating concept for example for evaporation of large amounts of solvents. The inlet separator (AK) retains particles and liquid droplets, the waste vapor condenser at the outlet (EK) is highly efficient and compact.

Repair Steps

Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
