Drytel 1025 / D025AULPS710 Overview:
The Drytel series of products are dry pumping systems that include an Alcatel Adixen molecular drag pump (MDP) or a hybrid turbo pump (AMH) and an oil-free forepump. Designed to be used on a bench top or easily integrated into a system, these units provide a dry, clean vacuum from atmosphere to 10-8mbar (Torr).
With the Drytel 1025 series, Alcatel Adixen has a complete offer of tiny dry pumping groups for high vacuum applications.
The Drytel System Includes:
- Alcatel Adixen MDP5011 Turbo Drag Pump
- Alcatel Adixen AMD4 Diaphragm Dry Vacuum Pump
The two pumping stages working in series (MDP or AMH 020/AMD diaphragm pump) don’t require any lubricant to operate, permitting use on ultra-clean processes.
The Drytel series is the least expensive solution to achieve a clean vacuum down to 10-8mbar (Torr).

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
