Alcatel Drytel31 is an oil-free turbo drag high vacuum pumping system, Alcatel olso known as Adixen.
ALCATEL DRYTEL 31 is an oil-free turbo drag high vacuum pumping system. The Drytel 31 is a compact bench top, light weight and very quiet system that can operate from atmosphere to 5x10-6 Mbar. Simple one button operation.
DRYTEL 31 high vacuum pumping system is composed of a turbo drag pump backed with diaphragm pump. The Alcatel MDP-5011 turbo drag pump is the primary high vacuum pump with DN-63-ISO inlet flange, Alcatel Drytel 30 system produce outstanding high vacuum flow rates. The ALCATEL DRYTEL 31 comes standard with a solid-state frequency converter, electronic controls and an automatic valve to vent diaphragm pump to atmosphere.
Alcatel Drytel 31 oil-free turbo drag high vacuum pumping system is fully air cooled with an internal cooling fan, no additional cooling is required. Drytel 30 is designed for use with high vacuum chambers as a bench top unit. They are ideal for dry high vacuum applications & high vacuum instruments.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
