Turbo Dry Vacuum Pumping System / GSDANASN0FB Overview:

Adixen Turbomolecular Pumping Systems are the most reliable and cost-effective way of producing high vacuum. They are portable, fast-starting, and require minimal time to install.

This Adixen Turbostand Pumping System includes the following:

  • ATP 400 Turbo Pump
  • 2021 SD Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
  • ACT 600 T Pump Controller
  • Turbo Pump Cooling Fan
  • Automatic Vent Valve
  • Backing Pump Mist Eliminator
  • Backing Pump Isolation Valve
  • Mains cable
  • ACM 2000 Vacuum Gauge with PBR Vacuum Sensor

The Adixen Turbostand Vacuum Pumping System is equipped with inclet screen, which is 2.5 mm mesh that prevents foreign material from entering the Turbomolecular pump. The oil mist eliminator prevents the release of Rotary Vane Pump oil mist to atmosphere. The frame of this Turbostand Vacuum System consists of casters and leveling pads, or rubber pads; it is compact and its height can be adjusted. There's an optional vent valve that enables to softly vent back to the Turbomelcular pump to atmosphere. Also, there's an optional isolation valve, which enables isolation of the Rotary Vane Pump from the Turbomolecular pump and the vacuum chamber.

The ACM 2000 controller used with the Adixen Turbomolecular Dry Vacuum Pumping System, provides a digital display of the pressure or data through the graph function. It can operate up to 3 gauges and has 2 set-points per channel.

Due to a flexible design, the Adixen Turbomolecular Pumping Systems are available in a wide variety of system configurations and performance options.

Adixen Turbomolecular Pumping Systems combine an Adixen Turbomolecular Pump (ATP Series) from 80-400 l/s and a Pascal Series Rotary Vane Pump from 5-21m3/h or an ACP dry pump from 15-40 m3/h. These components have an excellent reputation for performance, low vibration, reliability and easy field maintainability.
