The Agilent Technologies IDP-7 Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump is an innovative, compact, high-performance, oil-free vacuum pump that is suitable for a wide variety of applications.
IDP Scroll Pump made by Agilent Technologies has a Innovative hermetic design, which fully isolate the bearing and motor from the vacuum space, which prevents leakage and allows recovery of process gases.
This Standard version of IDP-7 pump, Agilent part number X3807-64000, IS NOT equipped with Integral Inlet Isolation Valve whis is designed to protect backstreem of air through the scroll module in case of IDP power failure.
Turbo Pumps and other High Vacuum Systems and High Vacuum Instruments wil be protected from sudden pressure rise. The Agilent Dual Platform Scroll Design makes this pump trully outstanding in performance. Scroll pump provide a long service life with predicable pumping performance.
Agilent IDP7 pump offers easy installation and vacuum system integration
Small footprint and lighter weight makes this scroll pump a trully portable pump.
IDP-7 pump innovative scroll design reduces noise and vibration without using additional sound enclosures.

Our in-house machine shop is capable of machining various components, prototypes and housing conversions as needed.

Repair Steps
- Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
- Full disassembly of the pump, decontamination and cleaning.
- Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment from the world leader in equipment balancing and analysis to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
- Assembly and replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable highest quality service and log pump life.
- Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
